Refund Policy
UPDATE ON THE MOM REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
From 13 March 2020, we have suspended our change-of-mind refund policy to discourage over-purchasing. No products will be refunded for any reason due to COVID19 reasons.
If you have already purchased additional items you no longer want, please consider donating them to community organizations like our long-standing partner, Foodbank, which will ensure they are directed to people in need. If any of these Terms are unenforceable or held to be invalid, the offending provision/s will be removed from these Terms and the amended Terms will remain in force.
